Org Ranking Report #

  • The “Org Ranking Report” section allows users to add and manage ranking projects, which track the search engine rankings of specific domains for targeted keywords
  • This report provides insights into the ranking performance of various organizations based on the specified parameters.
  • Providing tools to generate and manage ranking reports for different domains.
  • This helps users monitor and analyze the search engine performance of their websites.

Steps : #

  • From the main menu on the left-hand side of Agency Simplifier dashboard, locate the Reports section.

  • Click on the Reports section to expand the menu.
  • Click on Org Ranking Report to access the report.

  • This report provides insights into the ranking performance of various organizations based on the specified parameters.
  • The Org Ranking Report page will display the option to manage rank tracking projects.
  • User can view existing projects or add new ones.

Add Ranking Project #

Steps : #

  • To add a new ranking project, click on the Add Ranking Project button located on the top right corner of the page.

  • Which opens a form “Add Ranking Project” to create a new ranking project.

  • Fill in Project Details.
    • Select Client: Select client from the dropdown list. This is typically the client’s email address.
    • Select Project: Select the name of the project from the drop-down list.  If the project does not exist, you can add one by clicking on the “Add Project” button.

    • A pop-up form titled “Add Project” will appear. Fill in the following details:
      • Project Name: Enter a unique and descriptive name for the project.
      • Domain: Input your business website domain
      • Select Client ID: Choose the client ID from the dropdown list.
      • Select Order ID: Input the order ID associated with this project from the dropdown list.
      • After filling in all the required fields, click the “Submit” button to add the project.

      • If you decide not to proceed, you can click the “Close” button to exit the form without saving any changes.
      • This added project displays in the “Select Project” dropdown list of the “Add ranking project” form.
    • After selecting a project name from the dropdown list, the domain is being tracked.
    • Select Region: Select the region for which the ranking report is relevant from the dropdown list.
    • Enter Keywords: Input the keywords you want to track, separated by commas. Example: “keyword 1, keyword 2, keyword 3”.
    • Location: Specify the location related to the ranking project. Example: “Midtown Manhattan, NYC”.
    • After filling in all the necessary details, click on the “Create Ranking Report” button to generate the report.

  • If you need to cancel, click on the “Close” button.

  • This created Ranking report displays in the “Generate Ranking report” table.

  • Manage Rank Tracking Projects: This section displays a list of existing ranking projects, allowing users to view and manage them.

View/Edit Report #

  • To view or edit the report, click on the edit report icon button in the ‘Action’ column of the ‘Generate Ranking Report’ table.

  • After clicking on the ‘Edit Report’ icon button, the user can view the report and add or delete keyword in it.

Add Keyword #

  • When user clicks on the “Add keyword” button, to add new keyword, a pop up window “Add keyword” will open.

  • In the “Add keyword” pop-up window, enter the keyword in the  text field and click on the “Save changes” button.

  • If the user wants to discard the changes, click  the “Close” button.

  • This added keyword is displayed in the “Keyword” column of the “Ranking Report” column.

Delete Keyword #

  • To delete keyword, click  the delete icon button in the “Action” column of the “Ranking Report” table.
  • A confirmation message is displayed.
  • Click on the “Yes, delete it!” button.

  • After deleting the keyword, a success message will display; click on the “Ok” button.

Delete Report #

  • To delete a report, click on the “Delete report” icon button in the Action column of the “Generate Ranking Report” table.

  • A confirmation message will display; click on the “Yes, delete it!” button to delete project.

  • After deleting the project, a success message will display; click on the “Ok” button.

  • By following these steps, users can efficiently set up and manage ranking projects, enabling them to track the search engine performance of their websites for specific keywords and regions.
  • This helps optimize their SEO strategies and improve their online visibility.
  • This Rank tracking report is displayed at the client’s account.
  • Log into the client’s account using valid credentials.
  • Navigate to the “Project” section in the left sidebar of the dashboard.

  • The “Manage Project” page will be displayed.
  • Click on the “View Project” button icon in the “Action” column of the “Project” table.

  •  A “Project Dashboard” will appear.

  •  Click on the “View” button in the “Action” column of the “Project Reports” table.

  •  After clicking the “View” button, the Ranking Project Details will be displayed.
