Billing #
- Access your account on the agency’s platform using your credentials.
- From the left navigation menu, click on “Settings.”
- Select the “Billing” section from the right side of the list.
Billing Overview #
- In the billing section, you will see two tabs at the top:
- Plans: This displays the available subscription plans.
- Payment History: This shows past transactions and billing history (you might need to click on it to view past payments).
Review Available Plans #
- In the Plans tab, you’ll see subscription plans:
Select or Upgrade Plan #
- If you want to change your current plan, select “Choose Starter,” “Choose Pro,” or “Choose Agency” based on your requirements.
- After selecting or upgrading a plan, you may need to enter or confirm payment details to finalize the subscription by clicking on the “Pay” button.
Payment History #
- The “Payment History” section provides an overview of the billing details associated with the account, which may include:
- Payer Email: The email address of the account associated with the payment.
- Subscriber ID: A unique identifier for the subscription plan.
- Plan: The type of plan that the agency is subscribed to (e.g., agency).
- Amount: The total payment amount for the plan.
- Date: The date when the payment was made.
- Action: Options are available for each payment record, such as viewing receipt .
