Time Tracker #

The Time Tracker is a tool designed to efficiently monitor and record the time spent on different client orders. It provides an accurate and detailed overview of how long each task takes, helping to ensure accountability, streamline billing processes, and improve project management.

  • Access your account on the agency’s platform using your credentials.
  • From the left navigation menu, click on “Reports.”

  • Click on the “Time Tracker” option.

  • Use the “Select staff” dropdown to choose the staff member whose time you wish to track.
  • Enter the “Start Date” by either typing it in the ‘dd-mm-yyyy’ format or by clicking the calendar icon to select a date.
  • Enter the “End Date” in the same way.
  • Use the “Select Order” drop-down menu to choose the order you want to track time for.
  • Once the filters (staff, date range, and order) are set, click on the “Get Details” button to generate the report.

  • View Time Details
    • After clicking the “Get Details” button, the details of the selected order, including the order ID, total time worked, and billing information, will be displayed.
    • Information shown includes:
      • Order ID: The unique identification number of the order.
      • Time Worked: Total time spent on the order, shown in days, hours, minutes, and seconds.
      • Total Billed Amount: This includes the billed amount to all staff who worked on this order.
      • Order price: The price set for the order.
      • Profit and Loss: Shows the profit and loss calculations based on the order price and time worked.

  • Review Individual Time Entries:
    • Below the summary, individual time entries will be listed, each with the following details:
      • Staff Name and Email: The staff member who logged the time, along with their email address.
      • Task Name: The specific task worked on.
      • Order ID: The order associated with the task.
      • Start Time and End Time: Exact timestamps for when the task was started and completed, shown in UTC.
      • Duration: Time spent on the task, displayed in hours, minutes, and seconds.

  • Analyze the time log:
    • Review the individual time logs for accuracy. Each log entry includes a detailed breakdown of tasks completed and time spent.
