Cart Report #
- The Cart Report feature provides a detailed overview of the performance of different services offered.
- It tracks key metrics such as view count, cart count, and sale count, helping users analyze the interest and conversion rates for each service.
- Provides insights into individual service performance.
- Tracks the number of views, additions to the cart, and completed sales.
- Helps identify popular services and potential areas for improvement.
Steps : #
- From the main menu on the left-hand side of Agency Simplifier dashboard, click on the Reports section to expand it.
- Under the Reports section, click on Cart to view the Cart Report.
- The Cart Report will display a table with the following columns :
- Service Name: The name of the service.
- Price: The price of the service.
- View Count: The number of times the service was viewed.
- Cart Count: The number of times the service was added to the cart.
- Sale Count: The number of times the service was purchased.
- Review the data to understand which services are most viewed, frequently added to carts, and successfully sold.
Identify services with high view counts but low sale counts to investigate potential issues (e.g., pricing, service details).
