Find order

Find order #

  • Show all orders that service categories are assigned to staff members and those that are not assigned to staff members.
  • Access your staff account on the agency’s platform using your credentials.
  • On the left side of the screen, find the navigation menu.
  • Click on the “Find Order” option.

  • The main screen will display the “Orders” section.
  • You’ll see a table listing all orders with details such as:
    • ID: Order identification number.
    • Service: Type of service requested (e.g., Digital Marketing, Custom Website Design).
    • Started Date: The date the service began (if applicable).
    • Deadline Date: The order’s completion deadline (if available).
    • Status: Current status of the order (e.g., Pending).
    • Action: Click the eye icon under the “Action” column to view specific details about an order.
  • Each order shows a payment status indicator, such as “Payment: ✔” for completed payments.

Self-Assignment of Orders #

  • If they have not been assigned the order category yet, staff members can assign orders to themselves.
  • To assign an order to yourself, click on the profile icon button in the “Action” column.

  • Assigned orders will be displayed on the “Manage Orders” page of the dashboard section.

Search for a Specific Order #

  • Use the search bar on the right-hand side to search for a specific order
    • Select the service of the order from the drop-down menu if needed.
    • Click the “Search” button to filter and display relevant orders.

View an Order Detail #

  • To view an order, click on the view icon button in the “Action” column of the “Orders” page.
  • It will navigate to the “Order Details” page.
