Citation Audit #
- The Citation Audit functionality is designed to enable users to systematically analyze and monitor citations associated with a client’s business.
- This feature ensures the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of citations across various platforms, enhancing local SEO performance and online reputation.
Steps to Use the Citation Audit Functionality #
- Log in to client’s account with valid credentials.
- It navigates to the dashboard page.
- Click on the “Citation Audit” on the left side bar menu.
- It will show the Citation Audit, Generate Report page.
- Enter the location in the business name field.
- When you enter the location in the business name field, the appropriate phone number and address will appear in the text field labeled “Phone and Address.”
- Choose an existing project or create a new one.
- After entering the details, click Generate to start the citation audit process.
- Check generated Citation audit report.
- By selecting the share icon button on the Citation audit report, a user can forward this report.
- A mail of Citation audit is received at user’s email account.
- User can also check Citation audit report by clicking on the “Project” section of the left side bar menu.
