Orders Management on the Dashboard

Your Orders Dashboard: Manage, Track, and Update Orders Easily #

  • After logging in, you will land on the dashboard, where you can see multiple sections in the sidebar such as “Projects,” “Shop,” “Subscriptions,” etc.
  • User-purchased orders from the  “Shop”  or “Store” pages are shown on the “Orders” page on the right.

  • Each order is listed by:
    • ID: A unique order number (e.g., ORDIID0220).
    • Service: The type of service ordered (e.g., website content writing, web design, SEO services).
    • Payment Status: Indicates if payment is completed or pending.
    • Order Process: Shows the percentage of order completion.
    • Order Date: The date the order was placed.
    • Status: Current status (e.g., Pending, Completed, Started, Canceled ).
    • Action:
      • Submit Order Information: Allows users to submit specific order details.
      • View Information: If users submitted order details, then  it provides the view information button to view order-specific information and details.
      • View citation audit report: This icon button appears when order information is submitted.
      • View Invoice: It shows the invoice.
      • View order: It shows the order details (e.g., chat, reports, order data, invoice, etc.)

Submit Order Information #

  • Click on the “Submit Order Information” button in the “Action” column, which navigates to the “Submit Form” page.

  • In the “Submit Form” page, select a project from the dropdown, or the user can add a new project by clicking on the “Add New Project” button.(optional)
  • Add basic order information and click on the “Next” button.

  • After clicking on the “Next” button, add information  and click on the “Submit” button.

  • After clicking on the “Submit” button, a success message is displayed. Click on the ‘Ok’ button.

  • It navigates to the “Orders” page.
  • After submitting information, the ‘View information” button appears, and a citation audit report is generated.
  • To view order information, click on the “View information” button.

  • A form detail page is displayed. It shows the submitted order information.

 

  • After generating a citation audit report, an email is received at the mail account. Click on the “here” link in the email to open the citation audit report.


View Citation Audit report #

  • To view the citation audit report, click on the “View citation audit report” file icon button in the action column of the orders page.
  • A citation audit report is displayed.
  • This report helps businesses identify and correct inaccuracies across online directories to ensure consistent information, improving local SEO and online visibility.
  • It allows for targeted actions to rectify incorrect or missing information, maintaining brand credibility and accessibility for customers.


View Order Sheet report #

  • Also, user can receive a possible citation sites mail.
  • To view possible citation sites, click on the “Sheet URL” link.
  • If the user wants more information about this file & its uses, click on the video link in the email.

  • The “Order sheet report” appears when the user clicks on the “Sheet URL” link in the email.

View Order Details #

  • To view order details, click on the eye icon button in the Action’s column of the Orders page.

  • It navigates to the “Order Detail” page.

  • The order details will be displayed in the “Manage orders” section on the right side of the page.
    Key information includes:

    • Order ID: Unique identifier for the order.
    • Date: Date when the order was placed.
    • Service: Description of the service ordered.
    • Price: Total cost of the service.
    • Payment Method: Method used for payment.
    • Transaction ID: Unique identifier for the payment transaction.
    • Invoice: Option to view the invoice related to the order.
    • Assigned: Status of assignment for the order (e.g., Not Assigned).
    • Status: Current status of the order (e.g., Pending).
    • Project: Associated project for the order. The user can change a project from the drop-down list before the order is started.

  • Using the Chat Feature.
  • Utilize the chat feature located at the top of the order details section for communication regarding the order.
  • Service SOP: Standard Operating Procedures related to the service.
  • Reports: Access reports related to the order.
  • Order Data: View detailed data about the order.

  • Chat Section
    • This tab is found in the upper portion of the main content area, next to other tabs like “Service SOP,” “Reports,” and “Order Data.”
    •  Once the “Chat” section is open, you will see a text input box at the bottom where you can type your message.
    • Type your message in the input field provided.
    • If you need to attach a file with your message, click on the attachment icon (paperclip icon) located beside the input box.
    • After entering your message (and attaching any files if necessary), click on the Send icon (paper airplane icon) to send your message.
    • Your conversation history with the support or project team will be displayed in the “Chat” section, allowing you to reference previous messages.

  • Service SOP
    • The “Service SOP” tab is located at the top of the main content area alongside other tabs like “Chat,” “Reports,” and “Order Data.”.
    • Click on the “Service SOP” tab.
    • Once the **Service SOP** section is open, you’ll see a list of tasks or steps related to the service.
    • Each task has a title and a status indicator, showing whether the task is pending or completed.
    • Check the status of each task to track the progress of your order.

  • Reports
    • In the Order Details interface, click on the “Reports” tab.
    • This tab is located at the top of the main content area, next to the “Chat,” “Service SOP,” and “Order Data” tabs.
    • In the “Reports” section, you will see a list of available reports related to your order (e.g., Citation Audit Report, Order Sheet Report). Each report is listed by Sr. No., Report Name, and Action.
    • To view a specific report, locate the “Action” column on the right side.
    • Click the eye icon to open the report link.
    • This action will redirect you to the report URL, allowing you to view the report details.
