Projects #

  • Click on the “Project”section from the left sidebar menu.

  • Click “View Project” in the Action column on the “Manage Project” page. Or you can add new project by clicking on the “New Project” tab.

 Add New Project #

  • Click on the “Projects” on the left side bar menu.

  • Click on the “Add Project” button, usually located at the top right of the Projects page.

  • Fill in Project Details:
    • Project Name: Enter the name of your project in the “Project Name” field (this is a required field).
    • Domain: Input your business website domain in the “Domain” field.
    • Business Name: Enter the name of your business in the “Business Name” field.
    • Phone Number: Provide a contact phone number in the “Phone Number” field.
    • State: Select or enter the state related to the project.
    • Country: Choose or enter the country associated with the project.
    • City: Fill in the city where the project is based.
  • Click the “Add” button at the bottom right of the form to submit the project details.
  • If you need to exit without adding the project, click the “Close” button.

Edit Project #

  • In the projects list, find the project you want to edit.
  • Click the “Edit Project” (pencil) icon in the “Action” column next to the project name.

  • A pop-up window titled “Edit project” will appear. You can now modify the following fields:
    • Project Name: Update the project title.
    • Domain: Change the domain related to the project.
    • Business Name: Enter the business name if needed.
    • City: specify or change the city.
    • State: Input the state.
    • Country: Choose the country for the project.
    • Phone Number: Update the phone number associated with the project.
  • Once the necessary changes are made, click the orange “Update” button at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
  • Alternatively, if you wish to discard changes, click on the “Close” button to exit without saving.

  • After saving, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that the project has been successfully updated.

View Project #

  • To view a project, click on the “View project” eye icon button.

  • Under “Project Reports,” there are options like “Website Ranking,” “Google Search Console & Analytics,” and “GEO Ranking Report.”
  • You can click the corresponding view buttons to access each report.
  • Scroll down to the “Order Reports” section. Here, you will find specific service orders with corresponding reports.
  • Click on the relevant Citation Audit Report or Order Sheet Report to view the report.

Project Reports #

  • The project report contains three reports:
  • Website Ranking.
  • Google Search Console & Analytics.
  • GEO Ranking Report.

Website Ranking Report #

The Website Ranking Report provides insights into the performance of a website for specific keywords in search engine results (SERPs). It helps you track the position of your website in relation to various keywords over time and understand changes in rankings across multiple metrics. This report is crucial for evaluating SEO efforts and identifying areas where optimization can improve search engine visibility.

  • Under the Project Reports section, locate the Website Ranking Report and click the View button to open it.

  • Understand the Project Details:
      • The top of the report shows essential project details, including:
        • Project Name: SEO
        • Domain Name: justdial.com
        • Region: Google India (www.google.co.in)
        • Device: Desktop
        • Report Frequency: Every 24 hours
        • Last Refresh: The last time the data was updated (2024-06-29, 10:41:31 UTC).
      • Summary of Rankings:
      • The summary section provides a quick glance at your ranking performance:
        • Average Position: The overall rank average across keywords (1 in this case).
        • Rank Changes: Indicates whether there were any changes in ranking (0, no changes).
        • Top 3/10/30/100 Rankings: Displays how many of your tracked keywords rank in the top positions.
      • Ranking Report for Keywords:
      • The table below provides detailed insights for each tracked keyword:
        • Keyword: The specific keywords you are tracking (e.g., “Web design Aurangabad” and “Website development Aurangabad”).
        • Location: The geographic location of the keyword ranking (Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India).
        • Latest Rank: The current rank of the keyword (Rank 1 for both keywords).
        • Best Rank: The highest position the keyword has attained (Rank 1 for both).
        • First Rank: The rank when tracking started (Rank 1 for both).
        • Last Refreshed At: The last time the ranking data was updated.

Google Search Console & Analytics #

The Google Search Console & Analytics Report integrates data from Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA) to provide a comprehensive view of a website’s performance, particularly in terms of search visibility, user engagement, and site health.

GSC and GA integration steps #
  • Click on the “Project” section from the left sidebar menu.
  • Click “View Project” in the Action column on the ‘Manage Project’ page.or you can add a new project by clicking on the “New Project” tab.
  • After clicking on “View Project,” it navigates to the “Project Dashboard.”
  • Click on the “Sign in With Google” tab.

  • Choose an account.

  • Click on “Advanced”.

  • Click on the “Go to agencysimplifier.com (unsafe).”

  • Click on the “Continue” button.

  • Click on the “Select all” and “Continue” button.

  • It navigates to the “Google Search Console Site Import” page.

  • Select country, time span, and site.
  • Click on the “Import” button.

GSC Sites

  • It navigates to the “GSC Sites” section.

  • Once GSC report is ready, you will get an email.
  • Check email in the mail account.
  • In the received mail, click the “here” link to view Google Search Console analysis.

  • Or to view the GSC Report, click on the “View” icon button in the “Action” column.

  • To connect GA4 property, click on the “Sign in With Google” tab.

  • Once GA4 property is linked with the GSC site, GA4 statistics will appear in your GSC report.
  • Check email in the mail account.
  • In the received mail, click the “here” link to view Google Search Console analysis.


GEO Ranking Report #

This feature helps monitor the local SEO performance of businesses across geographic regions, enabling data-driven decisions for further optimization.

  • To view GEO ranking report, click on the “View” button.

  • View Project Summary
    • The following information is displayed for the selected project:
      • Business Name: The name of the business under optimization.
      • Keyword: The targeted keyword (e.g., “Pest control service”).
      • Distance: The geographic radius being tracked (e.g., 0.5 mi).
      • Search Engine: The search engine being monitored (e.g., Google Search).
      • Scheduled Frequency: Indicates the frequency of updates (e.g., onetime).
      • Last Check: The last date the ranking was checked (e.g., 29-06-2024).
  •  Review Keyword List and Map Data
        • On the left side, view the list of keywords associated with the project (e.g., “Pest control,” “Pest control service”).
        • On the right side, a map displays the ranking positions across various geographic points:
          •  Position 01-03 (Green markers): Indicates top-ranking positions.
          • Position 04-10 (yellow markers): Indicates mid-level ranking positions.
          • Position 10-15  (Gray markers): Indicates lower ranking positions.
  •  Analyze Map Data for SEO Performance
    • Zoom in or out of the map to review specific areas where your business is performing well or needs improvement based on rankings.
  •  Navigate Back or View Additional Reports
    • Use the Back button at the top-left to return to the previous screen.
    • You can switch between other reports using the “GSC Report” and “Website Ranking” options available at the top.
