Managing Clients with Agency Simplifier #

Efficient client management is vital for the success of any business. Agency Simplifier’s Client Management Module offers powerful tools and features to help you organize and maintain your client relationships seamlessly. Here’s how you can manage your clients effectively using our platform.

Accessing the Client Management Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard:
    – Log in to your Agency Simplifier account.
    – Select “Clients” from the main navigation menu to access the Client Management Dashboard.
  2. Overview of the Client Dashboard:
    – The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all your clients, including key details such as contact information, profile photo and  credits.
    – Use the search bar to quickly find specific clients by email.

Add New Client #

  1. Click “Add New Client”:
    – On the Client Dashboard, click the “Add Client” button.
  2. Enter Client Information:
    – Fill out the client’s details, including name, email address, phone number, and company name.
  3. Save Client Information:
    – Click “submit” to add the new client to your database.

    – The client will now appear in your Client Management Dashboard, where you can easily access and update their information.

View Client Profile #

  1.  Click on the eye icon button  to view their detailed profile.
  2.  The profile includes contact information.

 

Edit Client Profile

Keeping client information current is crucial for effective client management. Agency Simplifier’s Client Management Module allows you to easily edit client profiles, ensuring that your database is always up to date. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to edit a client profile using our platform.

  1.   Locate the Manage Client page:
    –  Click the “Edit” button on the client’s list table.
  2.  Update the necessary details and save the changes to keep your client information current.

Delete Client #

Maintaining an organized and up-to-date client database is essential for effective client management. There may be instances when you need to delete a client profile, whether due to outdated information, duplicate entries, or other reasons. Agency Simplifier makes this process straightforward. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to delete a client profile using our platform.

  1. Locate the Manage Client page:
    – Click on the delete button if you want to delete the client
  2. Confirm the Deletion:
    – A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure you want to proceed with deleting the client profile.
  3. Complete the Deletion:
    – Click the “Confirm” or “Yes, Delete” button to permanently delete the client profile.

    – Once confirmed, the client profile will be removed from your database and will no longer be accessible.
