Email Templates #
The “Email Templates” option enables you to customize the email templates used for communication with clients.
This feature allows you to create branded, consistent emails for various notifications and communications, ensuring a professional and personalized experience for your clients.
Steps to Access and Customize Email Templates: #
- Access your account on the agency’s platform using your credentials.
- From the left navigation menu, click on “Settings.”
- Click on “Email Templates” to open the email template customization options.
- Once in the “Email Templates” section, you can choose specific templates to edit.
- Select a template from the “Select Template” dropdown list like “Order created,” “Order edited,” “Order cancelled,” “Order finished,” “Order message,” “Affiliate Sale,” “User registered,” “Change user password,” “New proposal,” etc.
- Click on the template you want to customize.
Edit the Email Content: #
- Each template provides options to edit various elements:
- Subject: Enter a subject line that fits the purpose of the email and aligns with your brand.
- Body: Customize the body of the email. This section often includes placeholders (e.g., ‘[Client Name]’, ‘[Invoice Amount]’) that automatically insert relevant information when the email is sent.
Add or adjust variables or Shortcodes: #
- Some templates may offer customizable variables that dynamically populate specific information.
- Insert variables where necessary to personalize the email (e.g., ‘{order_id}’, ‘{order_status}’, ‘{client_firstname}’ ), making it more relevant for the recipient.
Save the Template: #
- Once you’ve customized the content, click “Save” to apply changes to the template.
- A success message will display.
- Click on the “OK” button.
- Test Your Templates: Consider sending test emails to verify how they appear in an inbox.
