Reseller #

  • The Reseller Module in Agency Simplifier is designed to empower individuals and businesses to become official resellers of the platform’s services.
  • A reseller acts as an intermediary, selling the platform’s digital services to their own clients under their own branding. This module provides resellers with all the tools needed to manage orders, clients, and credits seamlessly.

How to Get Started: #

  • Log in to your Agency Simplifier admin account with valid credentials.
  • Click on the “Settings” section.

  • Click on “Integrations.”

  • Check the box on the “Reseller Module” card.

  • A success message will be displayed.
  • Click the “OK” button.

  • After activating the “Reseller Module,” the “Become a Reseller” option will appear in the left sidebar menu of the client’s account dashboard.
  • In the admin dashboard, click on the “Reseller” section in the left sidebar.

  • This displays three options:
    • Reseller Request
    • Reseller Provider
    •  Reseller Orders

Reseller Request #

  •  This feature enables streamlined management of reseller requests and simplifies the approval or rejection process for administrators.
  • The “Reseller Request” section within the “Reseller Module” allows administrators to view and manage incoming requests from resellers who wish to join the platform.
  • After sending a reseller request from the client account, it will appear in the “Reseller Request” section of the Reseller module.
  • Here’s how to navigate and handle these requests:
    • Log in to the Agency Simplifier’s admin account.
    • On the left-hand navigation menu, expand the “Reseller” module by clicking the dropdown arrow.
    • Select Reseller Request from the list.

    • After selecting Reseller Request, you will see a table displaying all incoming requests.

    • The table includes details such as:
      • Store Name: The name of the reseller’s store.
      • Credits: Available credits in the reseller’s account.
      • Status: The current status of the request (e.g., Waiting for Approval).
      • Action: Under the Action column, you will see two options:
        • Confirm
        • Reject
      • Confirm: Approve the request, enabling the reseller to access their account and services.
      • Click the “Confirm” button next to the relevant request.

      • A confirmation message will display.
      • Click on the “Yes, confirm it!” button.

      • A success message will display; click on the “Ok” button.

      • A status of the reseller request changed to “Approved.”
      • A reseller is informed by an email texted, “Confirmation of Reseller Request Approved,” received at the reseller email account.

      • Reject: Decline the request, preventing the reseller from joining.
      • Click on the “Reject” button in the “Action” column next to the relevant request.

      • A confirmation message will display.
      • Click on the “Yes, delete it!” button.

      • A success message will display; click on the “OK” button.

      • A status of the reseller request changed to “Rejected.”
      • An email with the subject “Update on Your Reseller Request” arrives at the reseller’s email account.

Share Reseller Request #

Steps to Share and Process a Reseller Request

  • On the left-hand menu, click “Reseller” to expand its options.
  • Select “Reseller Requests” from the submenu.
  • In the “Reseller Requests” table, locate the Share icon in the top-right corner.

  • Click the Share icon to display a pop-up with available sharing platforms:
    •  Facebook
    • WhatsApp
    • LinkedIn
    • Twitter
    • Copy Link

  • Choose your desired platform to share the request directly, or click Copy Link to copy the link to your clipboard for manual sharing.
  • When the client clicks the shared link, a “Signup page” is displayed.

  • Fill in all the required fields on the form.
  • Click the “Sign Up” button.

  • A success message will appear upon successful signup.
  • Click the “OK” button.

  • The system navigates to the “Seller Account Dashboard” page.
  • The client will receive three emails:
    • One containing client account details.
    • Another with reseller account details.
    • A third confirming the reseller request approval.

Reseller Provider #

  • Description:
  • The Reseller Provider (or Reseller Partner) option within the Reseller section allows administrators to manage partnerships with approved resellers. It serves as a platform to streamline the interaction between the admin and the reseller for service imports and partnership control.
  • This feature enhances the reseller management process, making it efficient and user-friendly for administrators and reseller partners alike.

 

Reseller Orders #

  • Description:
  • The Reseller Orders section provides a centralized interface for managing all orders placed by resellers.
  • This feature helps admins manage and monitor reseller transactions effectively, ensuring smooth operations and accountability within the reseller network.
