Service Forms #
- Service Forms serve as a structured way to collect essential data from clients, ensuring clarity and completeness in project specifications.
- Service Form is likely used to gather information or track data related to services offered by the business.
Manage Forms #
- On “Manage forms” page, user can add, view, edit and delete forms.
Add form #
- To Add a form, click on the “Add Form” button on the “Manage forms” page.
- It redirect to the ” Create Form” Page
- The “Create Form” shows the form creation section
- The left side displays a list of a fields that can be added to a form i. e. Regular Fields and Custom Fields.
Regular Fields:
- Business Name
- Address
- Location
- State
- Zip Code
- Country
- city
- Working hours
- Website URL
- Phone Number
Custom Fields:
- Textbox
- Date
- Text area
- Checkbox
- Radio Button
- Dropdown menu
- File Upload
- Page Break
- The user can drag and drop these fields from the left side onto the empty space on the right side to design the form.
- This intuitive drag-and-drop interface simplifies the process of creating forms by allowing users to visually build their forms by choosing the appropriate fields and arranging them as needed.
- After adding the required fields, click on the “Save” button.
- When clicking on the “Save” button, a modal dialog box appears.
- “Form Name” modal dialog box contains two fields.
- Form Name : This field is required and asks the user to provide a name for the new form
- Form Information : This field is optional and allows the user to add a brief description or additional information about the form.
- Enter the Form name and Form Information, then click on the “Save” button.
- Upon clicking the “Save” button, a success message “Form has been added” will be displayed.
- Click on the “Ok” button.
- After clicking “Ok,” user will be redirected to the “Manage form” page.
- On the Manage form page, the created form name and date will be displayed in the “Form name” and “Date” columns.
- The table also contains an “Action” column, from where users can preview, edit, and delete the created form.
Preview Form #
Click on the “Preview” icon button in the action column to view the created form
Edit Form #
Click on the “Edit” icon button in the action column to edit the created Form
Delete Form #
- Click on the “Delete” icon button in the action column to delete the created form.
- A confirmation message will display after clicking on the “Delete” icon button; click on the “Yes, delete it!” button. Otherwise, click on the “No, cancel” button.
- When you click on the “Yes, delete it” button, a success message will display: “Deleted! Your form has been deleted.”
- Click on the “Ok” button.
- The Form has been removed from the “Services” table.
