Steps to Use the Time Tracker Desktop App #
- To download and install the Time Tracker desktop app, click here.
- Click on the time tracker file.
- Login to Your Account.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Select the appropriate workspace.
- Enter your password and click the Login button.
- Access Dashboard.
- After logging in, the “My Orders” and “To-Do List” sections will be displayed.
- Choose an order from the list to view its details.
- The “My Tasks” page will open, showing all assigned tasks.
- Click on an existing task from the list.
- OR create a new task by entering a name in the “Enter Custom Task” text field and clicking “Save.”.
- Once a task is selected, the time tracking page will appear.
- Click the “Start” button to begin tracking your work hours.
- To temporarily stop tracking, click the “Pause” button.
- Click “Resume” to continue tracking.
- Complete and Submit Tasks
- Once work is done, click “End Task” to stop tracking.
- The application will record time spent on tasks.
- Screenshots may be captured automatically for activity tracking.

If an admin wants to monitor staff working hours and screenshot details, they should click on the Time Tracker section in the left sidebar of the admin account.
If a staff member wants to monitor their own working hours and screenshots, they should click on the Time Tracker section in the left sidebar menu of the Staff account.
